Preschool at Shoreline Christian

Faith-Integrated Play

Empower Confident, Creative, Caring Learners

Preschool at Shoreline Christian School offers an environment where 3-4 year old’s can learn while playing and getting introduced to the structure that a school day brings. Whether their first day or last day, their curiosity is nurtured and guided to help them grow.

Programs Offered

At Shoreline Christian, we offer two schedules for Preschool: 3 Mornings a week or 5 Mornings a week. By providing gentle routines, guided play, learning centers, Christian values, and more, our teachers nurture and develop strong social and emotional skills for your little ones.

The Shoreline Difference

Children in classroom

Hands-On, Play-Based Approach

We recognize that these 3 and 4 year old’s still need the time to play and be little. Young children learn better when they are provided with engaging hands-on activities that incorporate our age-appropriate curriculum. Many social-emotional skills are being developed in children as they go from playing alongside their peers to playing with their peers.

Enriched Learning

Our preschool teachers use The Creative Curriculum as a guideline when planning thematic, play-based lessons that encourage imagination and social interaction. All of our lessons are designed to create a strong academic and faith foundation.

The Creative Curriculum focuses on 10 areas of development and learning:

  1. Social Emotional
  2. Physical
  3. Language
  4. Cognitive
  5. Literacy
  6. Math
  7. Science and Technology
  8. Social Studies
  9. Arts
  10. English Language Acquisition
