Supporting Chargers Athletics
Not quite a booster club.
We’re always looking for ways to support our athletes and to help showcase their school and team spirit. This is the third year running for our supporter program, Charger Club! It has been a wonderful success and it has allowed our students to get warm-up and team gear to represent their teams. They wore these items for travel, practice, and daily throughout the school year, representing our school with pride.
We have the best fans and we’re always looking for supporters for our Chargers. These sponsors can be individual student families, grandparents, friends, or businesses. We’re asking parents to consider supporting the team, either with a donation or by asking for support from their business or extended family.
Supporters will be invited to make a tax deductible donation. Rather than a donation that goes to the general athletic fund, money raised will be used collectively to purchase SCS gear that the students can use at practices, matches, games, and meets. Funds may also be used to supply athletic equipment, specialized gear, or team experiences. The players will get to keep the specific SCS gear after the season to wear for years to come.
How To Support
At the start of each season, the AD and coaches will send an email with funding goals and levels to parents. At that point, parents may share that information with others to help hit goals and get new gear for their students. Money raised outside of each sports goal is shared with other teams to help them reach their goals. Donations toward this Club may be made at any time and do not have to be sport specific.

Payment can be made in the following ways:
Check – Made out to SCS (note in the memo “Charger Club)
Credit Card – call the school office and ask to be transferred to Cynthia (206-364-7777)
Cash – dropped off at the office marked with “Charger Club”
FACTs billing (for parents) – email Kori and let her know the amount
